Our task was to convert a loft within a designated conservation area, ensuring that the transformation not only met the needs of the homeowners but also respected the architectural heritage of the property and its surroundings. Our approach prioritised preserving the visual integrity of both the property and the conservation area while seamlessly integrating the new loft space.

With a deep appreciation for the historical significance of the property, our design philosophy revolved around harmonising modern functionality with traditional aesthetics. We meticulously researched the architectural style of the area and consulted with conservation authorities to ensure our design adhered to the strict guidelines in place.

Throughout the conversion process, we employed various preservation techniques to mitigate any harm to the visual appearance of the property and its surroundings.
