MOUNT PLEASANT – GROUND AND SECOND STOREY ADDITION
This project began in November 2013 and the owners were able to move in by April 2014. This project was to turn a 1960’s 2x1 house into a modern 5x3 family home, with multiple living areas. Although some of the existing house was demolished the foundations and most of the exterior brickwork was retained and the additions were custom designed around the existing structure to save on costly earthworks and brickwork.
