The client was looking for a complete renovation of the five-bedroom house they had just bought. They wanted to convert some spaces into en-suite bedrooms, give it an airy look and modern feeling. The photos provided are only of the basement renovation.

We re-did the entire basement to convert it into a two bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and dining so they could rent it separately and perceive an extra income of 2000 dollars.
