House 19 is part of three new build houses totalling almost 10,000sqft, each one with its own style, and unique features.
Rachel Niddrie Design was appointed by LXA who provided the Interior Design & Project Management. Rachel worked closely with the Director of Design to liaise on layouts, lighting design & specifications, design and finishes for the kitchen and bathroom, sourcing soft furnishings, wall and floor finishes, artwork and final dressing with accessories.
