A prime home in Notting Hill that underwent full refurbishment for a private client.

Work programme included structural changes, reconfiguration of floor plan, the addition of a guest WC, creating en-suites in all bedrooms, wet underfloor heating system, air conditioning and installation of the new mechanical & engineering systems.
