Total refurbishment of apartment overlooking the gardens. The client required a "new build" finish. Walls were removed creating more space to create an open plan kitchen/diner. The client required bed and desk space in the compact bedroom 2 so a desk/bed with a single bed above suspended on steps with storage on one side and a wardrobe on the other
