Project Wimbledon Common - A full house, of joinery; detached home in London

This large family home in Wimbledon undertook substantial structural changes and a full strip out, essentially starting from scratch!

The joinery played a key role in ensuring the property retained a classic, traditional feel, but with all the modern touches a 21st century family needs.

We designed and installed the bar in this formal dining room, with our favourite element being the handle design on the pocket doors that discreetly hide the statement bar.

The home bar is a real statement piece in the dining room, hiding away when not in use and then making itself a stand out feature of the room, with mirrored backsplash and LED lights to draw attention to it.

This home office is one of our favourite rooms in the house. The navy blue wood veneer finish creates a sophisticated feel and there is enough natural light and bright touches to ensure the space doesn't feel too dark.

The alcove shelving and cabinetry boarders the TV and fireplace to create a built in media unit feel. The wood veneer finish on the cabinets and shelving creates a classic feel for the joinery.
