Renovating a Grade II Listed building is something a lot of people are intimidated by however for us its something we are accustomed to. We were asked to change an existing shop front on a 400 year old building. The stone fronted Facade is located on a busy road meaning that privacy could sometimes be limited due to the very large frontal windows and outside noise was becoming a constant headache for our Client.
We installed top opening working sash windows along with painted panels on either side both crafted in-house. After masonry alterations we had created an attractive town house, in-fitting with its surroundings, as well as a more energy efficient and sound proofed sitting room.
