This residential project is located within a grade II listed building in the Queens Gate conservation area in Kensington.
Brompton Cross Construction was named the main contractor for this project which involved a full soft strip demolition, renovation and restoration of all masonry and timber surfaces. The M.E.P services have been replaced and upgraded to bring the apartment up to date. The original listed interior items such as the plaster cornices and ceiling roses have been fully restored back to their former glory. The interior elements were designed by Taylor Howes
