This unique development on the edge of an old canal side warehouse was transformed into an apartment and a duplex. The heritage of the area and architectural features influenced the interior specification. A natural palette was used with neutral tones and clever lighting solutions to best show off the property.

The show home had industrial undertones featuring mixed metals, wood finishes alongside tan leather and bespoke furniture. This project was both challenging and exciting, designed to appeal to the local market and sold within a few weeks with all of the furniture and fittings.
