Remodelled House in Hampshire

This house was conceived as a remodelling of an existing 1960s house. The plan form was retained and the double roof removed and replaced with a mono-pitched roof. Most of the rear wall was punched out to make an almost fully glazed rear elevation exploiting the views over open countryside.

This design was later approved as a new build. It has never been built and the concept design is for sale. Given the single aspect nature of the design, it can be readily adapted to any location with a good view.
