The client wanted to screen the neighbour's garage and fence and increase the overall aesthetic appeal without encroaching on the patio and lawn space. Old shrubs were renovated and relocated to the back of the garden. New planting including Phyllostachys nigra, Pittosporum Silver Queen, Fatsia 'Spiders Web', Phormiums and grasses were tightly spaced to give immediate impact. The garage was painted an olive green to camouflage it even further.
