This was a small space requiring lots more personality. I designed an area that would comprise lots more interest in terms of surface materials...We installed decking on 2 levels, paving, raised beds, a bespoke water feature, lighting, and trellising. We then used bamboos, phormium, grasses, agapanthus and other structural favourites to soften the whole space.
