The owner of a tired old inner city apartment asked Ambient Lounge to help refresh the small living space with a bright and contemporary design that would appeal to young professional air BnB crowd on a very tight budget. The aim was to increase the return on the property by 20%+ per year. By opening up the space with compact, tactile and cozy soft ambient lounge furniture a sense of homeliness was achieved that guests loved. The beautiful eucalyptus green feature wall Pantone complimented the textures and the natural light and green surroundings of the property. The stainless steel ceiling fan was added as both a design feature and key cooling function. Accents of cushions, wall art and accessories as well as small touches in the kitchen finished the refresh and the results in the first year of renting have exceeded expectations.
