Stoke Bishop, Bristol

This project involved uniting a series of existing rooms to create a light, open, and highly functional family living space. The brief was to improve flow, introduce practical new areas, and deliver a modern environment suited to everyday family life.

Major structural works were undertaken to open up and redefine the internal layout, allowing the existing spaces to be seamlessly connected. As part of the reconfiguration, a new downstairs cloakroom and boot room were created, adding valuable storage and practicality to the home.

The newly formed spaces were upgraded with improved insulation and efficiency measures, enhancing comfort and thermal performance throughout. Electrical and plumbing systems were fully upgraded to suit the new layout, including the installation of a new boiler to support the updated requirements.

The project was completed with new plastering and full redecoration, providing a clean and contemporary finish. A new kitchen and utility were supplied and fitted by BWK, completing the transformation into a bright, cohesive, and well-considered family space that balances functionality with quality design.
