The Boathouse at Farndon took over 4 years to gain planning permission but was worth it in the end. Completed in the Spring of 2022 a riverside home on the Dee with 5 bedrooms and a first floor reception room overlooking the river. Beautifully clad in European Oak and slate roof and built at a safe level above the highest recorded flood level. An iconic home against the backdrop of the sandstone cliffs widely appreciated by the people of Farndon and recognized by Chester Civic Trust with our recent Commendation Award.
