Located in the ultra exclusive setting of the Residence lies one of the homes, Inspired by Spanish architecture. These lovely villas that comprise the Residence development are located at the forefront of the Mediterranean, which I deeply drew from to design this beautiful space.

This home is the pinnacle of the design with an eclectic clash of the old and new that create seamless fusion and a centre for well being. I used striking colours to counter the soft beige to instill a feeling of perfect balance and energy into the inhabiter. You can see some Morrocan influence, use of large glass windows to carefully open up home to a chill-out balcony whereas making this transition seem inexistent.

In the living room the exaggerated paintings, modern techno chairs and table and carefully selected neo-classic rug all complement each other to add a distinct feeling of Italy where the new and the old are both welcomed with open arms. The kitchen is also set up to have a few oversized pieces to add to the playfulness of character and taste.

Finally I wanted colour to let paintings shine and to bring out all the details carefully selected in this paradise to the viewers careful attention.
