This is the third Oxford project Crawford & Co. Construction worked on for this client, a private investor. We led the design of this Victorian renovation, extension and loft conversion project in East Oxford. Gaining a first-time planning approval, navigating through the building regulations, working with structural engineers and appointing a private building inspector, as well as overseeing the build phase, ensuring we completed it on time, ready for the new academic year. We have turned a run down four bedroom HMO into a high specification six bedroom HMO, greatly increasing the rental income.
