Laurel Grove is a Q Developments new-build Arts and Crafts style six bedroom luxury family home, with a one bedroom staff apartment, situated on the Coombe Hill private estate in Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey.

Our brief was to create a lighting plan and architectural lighting specification that created a wow factor and enhanced the high-end interior and exterior finishes, fixtures and fittings that Q Developments are known for. This meant co-ordinating with the highly experienced clients, their Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Controls specialists and Landscape Designers.

We are extremely proud to be an integral part of the team who were awarded the WhatHouse? Awards 2015 gold medal for Best Luxury House in the UK. The same high level of specification is being carried over to the neighbouring property Asquith House completed in the middle of 2016.
