This project started with a redesign of the landscape after a new garage apartment and yoga studio addition. We designed the front parking, entrance and garden beds to incorporate a parking area for guests as well as a beautiful area to be in without cars. We designed a private garden behind the yoga studio centered around a trough fountain to be viewed from the inside or enjoyed outside.
The owners then purchased the property next door and the job became a three lot project, knocking down the neighboring house and re-claiming the space as a large park-like area for the neighborhood to enjoy. We re-designed the space around the pool to connect to the new property, and addressed circulation and new planting beds around the whole property.
