Working with design spec has been a pleasure. They offered much needed guidance at the early stages of the process. We needed ideas of what could and could not work for our roof extension. As we are looking to build a front dormer, the council will need to sign off our plans and during this processes Design Spec have been extremely informative and helpful, offering the professional expertise. I would highly recommend their services. Extremely responsive and polite.

Designspec ltd have been great with our home improvement project (porch, side building, kitchen and loft). Marcus and the team are really collaborative, responsive, and have produced the planning application design we envisaged. They have great creative ideas, and useful examples from other projects. Their unlimited design changes is great as we can openly discuss options without concern of rising design costs. They have good understanding of phased builds, and financial impact associated with the design. Would definately reccomend to others.

Lauren and the team have been excellent from the start. Really responsive to ideas and messages I’ve sent and have gone above and beyond re checking in since the build has started, asking how we are and offering help and advice. Recommended a kitchen designer we would never have considered and are thrilled with.

When I decided to add an extension and loft conversion to turn my my 4bed house into 2 floors, I was nervous and had no clue what to expect. Meeting Design Spec changed that. They broke everything down in plain English and Marcus was so patient, even when I changed the design 3+ times. They offer full package, design, planning and execution. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We had a very positive experience with Design Spec. Lauren and the team, prepared the drawings for our proposed renovation and extension clearly and professionally, and the plans were easy to review and understand. Communication was good throughout, and they were receptive to our feedback and requested amendments. The process felt organised and efficient, and we appreciated their help in translating our ideas into a workable design. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for architectural drawings or planning support.
