FRESH Architects Ltd. is an established Architecture practice based in Sussex. Offering a full range of architectural services from RIBA Stages 0-7. The practice is owned by George and Maria, both fully qualified Architects, registered with the ARB. Maria qualified as an Architect in Madrid in 2014. Before leaving Spain, she published a book investigating the qualities of good design and has since worked for several large UK practices. During her career she has developed a broad range of experience in the residential sector, she also gained heritage experience and has worked with listed buildings. George qualified after getting his Bachelors degree from Oxford Brookes followed by his Masters degree from Portsmouth University. He won the Gavin Gray award for collaboration and was nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal for his design. He has experience delivering a range of projects for residential clients and is passionate about achieving a high quality finish.

Refresh Renovations - Brighton & Worthing

We've worked with George and Maria at FRESH Architects on a number of occasions, for varying types of project. We find them to be thoroughly pleasant, professional, with great communication throughout. They take time to really listen to what each client wants to achieve and to understand how they use their homes. This means the designs and ideas they produce are well thought out and fully deliver on the brief. They think outside of the box to provide some really clever ideas, which our clients have found extremely valuable. George and Maria always work in a timely manner, they present their work well and they're nice, friendly people. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I decided to go with George and Maria at fresh Architects for a number of resins They where young enthusiastic and like to think out side the box I new what I wanted to build for my project as I have a design background and they where happy to work with my needs and they gave Helpful direction They helped with The Plans drawings Planning application approval Party wall application And recommended engineers and surveyors to help along the journey They have both also been at fast response if ever I have had questions I would use them on my next project most definitely they are extremely approachable friendly and most importantly professional creative company i have already recommended them to friends and family

We used George Frost at Fresh Architects for the first time following a recommendation. We needed urgent CAD drawings and architectural advice on a Worthing property needing change of use planning permission. George carried out the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. He was pleasant and helpful to deal with, and the charges were reasonable. A few weeks later we have the planning permission, so thank you Fresh Architects for the part that you played in the process.

George and Maria at FRESH were recommended to us by our Project Manager and they did a super job! Really friendly team, with lots of knowledge and who took the time to understand what we wanted for our extension. And they were realistic on what we could achieve for our budget. They were kind enough to do a couple of different layout options for us and accommodated several rounds of changes so all in all we would highly recommend!
