Create Bathroom and Kitchen Studio, Glasgow

We have just had not one, but three bathrooms fitted by Create. From the first visit to the showroom to 'just have a look', we felt very comfortable with the knowledge and the quality choices available. Kenneth was endlessly patient as the finer details were worked out to get things just right. The small but mighty team of Gordon, David and Ciaran did all the hard graft and were so professional, yet friendly. Always turning up when they said and treating us and our home with respect. Colin, the tiler came in and did a beautiful job despite his own difficult circumstances and we appreciated that so much. All the other tradesmen were co-ordinated well and made everything run smoothly. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Thanks to Clare and Andy organising things behind the scenes. Cannot thank Kenneth and the Create team enough for taking on a huge project and transforming it into a stunning reality.

Create were recommended to me by a family member, and from the first meeting to discuss the project, I was really impressed. The showroom was well set-up and let me get a good look at loads of different options for flooring, walls and furniture. Once I'd made my decisions, everything was scheduled in quickly, and in the meantime they dealt with any changes I needed to make. They arranged for a colour sample from one of the suppliers so I could match a paint colour. When the guys arrived to do the work, they were friendly and professional. They made sure to protect the rest of my home from dust and dirt, removed all the rubbish quickly and tidied up at the end of every day. Despite some minor challenges, the job was finished on time, and I'm very happy with the finished result.

What makes Create different is that from our first visit they really listened to what we wanted instead of pushing what was easier for them to do. They did everything and that took a load of planning and coordination off me - they bought and installed the appliances I wanted (spec and model) they did the plumbing, electrics, painting, flooring - it was all handled by Kenny and his team. They started and finished exactly when they said they would. They were lovely to have in the house - professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Kenny, Gordon and the rest of the team enough. My kitchen looks like it should be in a magazine- I cannot believe how fantastic it is. We spoke to a lot of kitchen suppliers and Create were the only ones who made it possible. I am glad we went with them and happily recommend.

We've just had our bathroom done by create and are delighted with the service and end result. Great help and advice when designing the room, fast and friendly responses to emails, we asked A LOT of questions and it was never any bother - always got helpful answers. The guys that fitted the room did an amazing job with great attention to detail. We have two small children and they were so considerate when they were in the house and always left the place clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend create and would definitely use them again for any other work. Thanks :-)

The work started as planned on the Monday. The guys arrived each day at 8am and on the first day covered the hall and stair carpet in film which kept it clean the whole 5 days. They were courteous and professional and the finished bathroom is exactly as stated in the very detailed quote I had received. I was kept in the loop during the process about the position of the mirror, toilet roll holder etc. Very very pleased with a fairly relaxed (for me) installation of my new bathroom.

This is the second time we've worked with the Create team, and again we found them wonderful to work with, highly professional and flawless in their finishing. We asked them to tackle 3 bathrooms in our house: a refurbishment of the upstairs family bathroom and the downstairs cloakroom toilet, as well as and creation of a new ensuite room in the main bedroom. From the start Kenneth took us carefully and thoughtfully through the process of choosing the right materials for our bathrooms. He dedicated time, and patience, to answering our questions throughout, knowing that we wanted to get the right 'look' for us. We had such trust in the Create team, that we even left them 'home alone', to go on holiday for the first two weeks of the works. We are absolutely delighted with the bathrooms. The quality and workmanship of the project is second to none. In particular we chose some tricky tiles, which Colin the tiler was meticulous in getting right. Kenneth surrounds himself with like minded people. They treat every project with care, as if it's their own house. They also do an unbelievable job of keeping mess to an absolute minimum, which isn't easy in these kinds of jobs. We wouldn't hesitate to use Create again and do recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for everything Create!

Fantastic job by Create bathroom fitters David and Jack. Finished in just 4 days while my mum was in hospital and left the house spotless.

Delighted with my new bathroom! The transformation has been amazing. Everyone involved has been excellent, thank you to the whole team!

Refitted our en-suite shower room. Beautiful design, professional and attentive team. Very happy with it.

We had our bathroom totally transformed by Kenneth and his team. We have a small bathroom and decided to replace the bath with a walk in shower. We chose dark porcelanosa tiles and chrome trims which gave a chic modern look ..Clare was so patient with us while we took our time to decide on a design. The finished bathroom turned out even better than we had expected and that is down to the workmanship of all the team .A special mention to Matt who did an amazing job of the tiling.Love , Love my bathroom. Thanks Guys.
