The team has taken time to understand our style and requirements before coming up with a plan. The team is also very understanding and patient with our requests to update the draft. In the final plan for execution. many small details have been considered which we were pleasantly surprised when saw them during execution. We have been very much enjoying our house after the completion of the project.”

“Emily has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped us navigate and plan the layout of our kitchen, living and dining extension, and the whole process has been so much easier thanks to her expertise. She initially created two different layout options, both incorporating my non-negotiables and wish list, giving us the opportunity to compare different approaches. Once we’d chosen our preferred design, Emily was brilliant at taking on board all of my feedback and making thoughtful amendments until everything felt just right. The level of detail she provided was incredible. From the placement of cutlery drawers and bins to lighting plans, planting suggestions and reference images, every element had been carefully considered. She really listened to what we were trying to achieve and came up with ideas that I would never have thought of myself but now couldn’t imagine doing without. We’re still in the early planning stages of our build, but Emily has already made such a positive impact. Knowing these important decisions have been made now will undoubtedly save us so much stress later on. I genuinely feel much more confident and excited about the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerv and would use them again in a heartbeat. I’m sure I’ll be back in touch in a year’s time when it’s time to focus on the interiors!”

“We had an 5+ start experience working with Anita on the redesign of our loft conversion, including our master bedroom and en-suite. From our very first meeting, Anita took the time to understand how we wanted to use the space and came up with ideas we would never have thought of ourselves. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to combine style with practicality completely transformed the loft into a beautiful, relaxing, and functional space. She was professional, approachable, and always happy to answer questions or adapt ideas as the project progressed. What has been really fantastic is Anita's outstanding aftercare. Even after the project was completed, she has continued to be incredibly supportive, helping us with snagging issues (inevitable with projects) and following things through to make sure everything is exactly as it should be. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in delivering the best possible outcome.
