Chris and his team designed and installed a new utility room for us, including a unique 'feature' seat. Right from the start we could see the quality in his design and approach. Lots of attention to detail, great ideas and innovation. Great linkage between design and understanding the build and installation. We had good communication throughout and we always knew where we were, we even had pictures of the progress from his workshop (which we really liked). The quality of the build and installation was excellent. Chris has a quality team around him, including the plumbers and electricians.

Chris has amazing customer focus. Nothing is too much trouble and he helps you make the right decisions without making the decision for you. Unlike many contractors, Chris started when he said he would and finished when he said he would.
