Project was conversion of two storey commercial store, in poor condition, into a 2 storey dwelling. (Grade II listed)
All work was carried out in very professional manner, great attention paid to detail and use of correct materials. Workforce were craftsmen, skilled in working on old buildings. All waste materials were removed promptly and the site maintained in an orderly fashion.
Quotation for the work was not the dearest, was very detailed, and warned of possible areas where additional costs might be incurred.
Some additional costs and time were incurred due to problems revealed as work progressed, and wet weather delayed external work, (roof, walls & windows).
We have now been resident for 19 months, and the only problem has been one external light fitting which failed. This was promptly renewed.
