Wallpaper placement on Wall? Help?

Should I line the Grasscloth Wallpaper (see pic of it) based on center of room or center of fireplace. If its centered on fireplace the TV will cover a large chunk of seams. I have put up paper cut to width of wallpaper for each scenario. 1st pic is centered on fireplace, 2nd is Centered on room. Help!
