What are your thoughts on Marsala - 2015's Colour of the Year?
Comments (26)I quite like its warmth and would go well in small furnishing touches in our new house moving to in Spring - it is fairly modernist, but has exposed brickwork and wood cladding, a slightly industrial feel. I like wine shades generally and wear them a lot. However, it could look a bit fusty in an older building, slightly faded and 80s chinzty even? I would definately be worried about it on walls, unless I wanted that feeling...See MorePOLL: What material will we see trending in 2016?
Comments (24)I agree with Sherbert I think we'll see even more metals. I also think more marble, including the rougher version, is it called leathered? In terms of textiles, I think we'll see lots of different knits. They have hit the clothes shops and you are starting to see more and more in interiors. Comments (8)I used to be the same as Emma with bottle green for the same reason and have only just got over this! So having committed my prediction to the interweb, I can now guarantee I'll be completely wrong, and the popular colours will be yellow and burgundy..... Caldicot Kitchens...See MoreJenny
