Big fridge or pantry cupboard?

Currently redesigning kitchen and have to make compromise around whether to have a 45cm full height cupboard and an integrated fridge freezer or whether to lose the cupboard and put in an American style 90cm fridge/freezer. What should we prioritise? We have a walk in pantry elsewhere but short of cupboards. However, it is a big 4 bed family house so me thinks that the big fridge might be a better investment. Any thoughts??
