What is the size of the spa and the pool?

Trying to get the same look on my 40ft long pool. Thanks!

This pool is about 20 x 40, and the spa is about a 10' diameter. Pool features 360 degree perimeter overflow, with 75% of that as a slot overflow to the patio, and one 40' length is a vanishing edge, shown in another of the images on this project. A chemical pool cover is a liquid that is lighter than water which floats on the surface of the pool. Particles within the liquid are attracted to each other to form a thin layer to create the cover. The liquid cover is approximately 80% efficient compared to conventional pool covers and unlike a conventional pool cover which has to be removed from the pool for swimming, the particles separate whenever the water is sufficiently disturbed, but the cover reforms whenever the water becomes calm again. Overall we have been very pleased with the product as it has allowed us to refine our design.

Yes planting and greenery can be a lovely addition in a pool house, there are some plants that thrive in that environment and others that dont do so well, but we have some very good gardeners that help with the selection and plant detail.

forzaitalia is right , you need a specialist or two to answer your questions. Something to think about though, if you have a clear 20metre run by what will probably need to be 7metres wide,that is a huge space, if not and walls need to come out, then there will be some serious structural work to be done. The size you are considering will hold about 120 - 150 tons of water so the foundation and construction of the pool will need to be enough to support that, also depending on the area in which you live you may need a ground survey for any services that may be impacted by the work, you will need a survey of the property and foundation anyway to assess any impact such a construction may have on the property. A professional pool constructor should be able to answer all of those questions and probably some I haven't thought of.
