They're UK manufactured and I don't believe the manufacturer has any distributors in the States. How many are you looking for? I can see if they would do a direct shipment and we could help you with the various specification options and prices.

You can see more details on the LD41 LED uplight here.

It's the fitting providing the uplighting to the pillars in this bathroom in this project.

I would need 8 of them. 4 in each corner of a shower and 4 to uplight a bathtub. All for the same bathroom.

The specific one in that photo looks like a custom built-in solution. You can see the brackets top and bottom so you're unlikely to find it for sale on its own.
