Bathroom floor tiles.

Hello

We are redoing the main bathroom, and will be having glass metro tiles around the l shaped bath shower, much like this-->

We will be using either one of two tiles -->

However we cannot decide what colour/type of floor tiles to use. Everything will be white otherwise.

Hi. Have you considered some kind of wood effect with the green tiles? Or something that looks similar to a pale concrete tile in a larger format would work. It doesn't need to be concrete effect but gives the appearance of texture! For the blue tiles, this is the grosvenor from topps tiles which also comes in brown and blue. There are lots of similar ones around, my mum has some with blue and orange in but they were from a local store

Unfortunately it's almost impossible to identify tiles from a picture. There are thousands of different tile designs so you are in for a very difficult task. Tiles in the picture are ceramic tiles and are inexpensive. I can tell because of the size, most likely 30x30cm, because the edges are sharp, unfinished without bevel and because the colour is plain. The designer alternative is to use mosaics, that can provide a very stylish finish, continuous pattern and with the choice of many different colours and formats. I wonder whether a darker wood effect tile would work on the floor? Darker wood seems to create a more classy feel whereas the pale wood tiles (which are nice) seem more beachy.
