Tree and plant suggestions?

Hi we are about to embark on a large back garden project and I wondered if anyone had any good suggestions for the various areas shown in the design.

- woodland area near the back left, trees and underneath

- fruit trees at back right

- south facing border

- north facing border

- wildlife friendly area at front right, definitely want a buddleia, small tree near shed

- three arches - rose, honeysuckle?

- what to put in raised beds v borders e.g. Raspberries, rosemary, strawberries, rhubarb, herbs. Also need a couple of tall evergreen bushes to hide hole in north facing hedge.

- interesting plants for kids e.g. Honesty, grasses
