Is this wall tile

This wall behind the white tray looks like Corian Rain Cloud has been cut in rectangular tiles. Is that correct? If so, how is it installed (e.g. with grout?) Thanks for your help.

Hi Tony! Thank you. They don't meet - we have chalk white shaker panelling on the lower half of 3 of the walls, the ledge of which is painted a gloss muted olive paint, then pale blue on the wall above. The metro tiles are zoned around the bath and shower (with gloss olive shaker bath panelling on the side of the bath). We have raw wooden furniture in the bathroom, with a Belfast sink and water spout taps so we opted for the shaker finish to compliment the floor tiles.

Hi Sharon, why not install an interesting victorian wall panelling? Like the one on the link below and photos attached. You can paint it in any colour and it’s an elegant, contemporary solution for English bathrooms. I wonder whether a darker wood effect tile would work on the floor? Darker wood seems to create a more classy feel whereas the pale wood tiles (which are nice) seem more beachy.
