Wood effect wall tiles in bathroom - what do you think?

Has anyone had wood effect walls tiles in their bathroom? I'm thinking shades of white or light grey. Were you happy with the result? Did you use the same tiles in on the floor as well?

Is it a look that will date quickly?

Dont know about how it will date I guess if you have a certain look in the rest of your decor it will hold its own. I found these images on line. I think it ould work in an industrial theme

Porcelanosa have a lot of pictures in there website that show what you are talking about. I think it looks interesting when they put the wood finish on the floor and up a wall but have the next wall in a plain ceramic

I love marble tiles!! The porcelain marble tiles I used to sell looked incredibly luxurious. No less luxurious than the real thing (although the pesky grout lines are a shame). Buy them in a large size for less grout lines. Not sure how half height will look though...have you seen an image of what this would look like?

I wonder whether a darker wood effect tile would work on the floor? Darker wood seems to create a more classy feel whereas the pale wood tiles (which are nice) seem more beachy.
