Underwatered, overwatered, or sunburnt?

I’m new to succulents and not sure where I’m going wrong. I’ve been propogating them like mad but I can’t actually care for them properly when they’re grown.
I live in the Middle East so there’s plenty of sunshine, although we‘re just coming out of a seriously wet period. When it rained I pulled them in to keep them dry. On my windowsill they get about 6 hours of sunlight but thats really the only spot in the house where there’s a lot of sun.
Theyre all shrivelling up and have black tips or brown spots, as per pictures.
