An artist called Valeria Nascimento creates this piece of work. The project is called Gold Blossoming Installation by Oleg Architecture and Design.

I agree too - the chairs and the framed art work well together. With light chairs, the frame might feel heavy, but with the chairs as is, everything is nicely balanced. Repeating the silver in some way on the table is a good call as well. But I would try adding a charger or tray beneath, since you have a glass top table. You already have the silver repeated on window ledge/ radiator shelf as well, which also adds to the total impact of a cohesive space. If at any point you feel the need for more color, you can add color into a silver bowl, as suggested by Abbyjean and Leslie, paint the walls a color, or add a rug for color.

Hello Claudia, Speaking from an art on walls point of view, I'm loving the challenge, so I present a few choice pieces for the wall above your two armchairs that I think will be a happy compliment to your existing decor and furnishings: As regards the picture above your piano, the colours work well with your room but you don't like the subject, right? If that's the case, this consideration will have to be a decision based on what subject(s) you really like or are quite sentimental to, as opposed to colour matching an art piece just to fit in with the rest of the room. If you do play the piano, musicians are very sentimental people, so you want something above the piano that you can "feel and connect to" when you're sitting there playing. It has to be sentimental to you, irrespective of what it is and what colour it may be, and not to consider it as part of the rooms overall decor. Hi I am an artist in England and specialise in bespoke art - but I am guessing you are in the US - here is my advice you can look online at saatchiart.com search for price range size style (abstract etc) and even colours there are affordable pieces to be had, you can also select those from the country you are in to minimise shipping costs. Or you could go to a company that prints photos onto large canvases and pick out one or two of your own photos (landscape, seacape, trees etc you will have an affordable solution and something that reminds you of a favourite place or time. You can afford to go bright and bold in this space. From an aesthetic point of view - can you raise the light? even 10 inches would help :)
