Hi there, We have an assortment of floor tiles that you could choose from! I'd recommend any colour that's darker than the wall tiles, as it should mean you won't find yourself constantly worrying about cleaning up after yourself.

There are many designs similar on ebay if you type Victorian floor tiles, a vast array of patterns and styles will come up with some more ostentatious than others. Hope this helps.

You're welcome! This is an exciting project and I really hope you'll share the results, whatever you decide to do! I think metro tiles are the right way to go. You've already got pattern and bold colour covered so something more simple is probably right for the walls. Besides, it's a classic design. You could do it with a dark grout if you wanted to make a bolder statement. [This Houzz story[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/magazine/decorating-10-different-ways-to-use-classic-metro-tiles-stsetivw-vs~25104664) about metro tiles shows them mostly with dark grout and might help you visualise it. Marble would definitely work and look incredible. Just be careful to bear in mind the structure of the unit and how much weight it can hold. You have to consider the weight of the surface material, the sink, and the water it would have in it when full. Maybe even think about what you're going to fill the cupboards with and how heavy that could be. Perhaps it would be worth reinforcing the vanity in some way. Other than marble you could use tiles or just varnish the surface really well. All of these options will look great in different ways. That's interesting colourhappy - we did omit the aqua tiles and put just the taupe with blanco (which has some grey tones in the variations) but it looked a little bland which is why we thought the aqua might liven it up but now I'm thinking you are right and they are too cool for the flagstones.
