Help. I can’t use my sottini calvari Rainbath

Hi. I have a sottini calvari rainbath ( now discontinued!!! ) the seal that runs up the back and also holds two pieces of heavy curved glass in place and has one of the chrome central pipes screwed into it has perished and no longer works. What do I do???? Ridiculous that such an expensive bath can’t have spares available!!!!!
