Something similar to Atlas 951 from Hay Attached are also the pictures of chairs we have in mind (either Bordeaux or orange) and the walnut table that will go with it. Comments (1)Am thinking the alcove naturally lends itself to TV position if using this idea. Elsewhere in the room and it will simply encroach on your floor space. It would mean your current lounge in it's current position would be close to the TV - but if it is a flush as possible it might just work. Comments (2)I had 2 dark brown similar sofas at our old house in a small living room but it never felt dark. our wall colour was chic shadow and we had all beige and grey textiles (rug/curtain/cushions/throw) I think all the white wood helped to keep it light. the lovely high victorian ceilings helped too. Comments (5)Have you considered a selection of shelves and art to make the tv less prominent? Wooden panelling is very popular now and would make a nice feature on a very plain wall. You could do a section from floor to ceiling and include shelves for displaying items. The tv could be mounted on the panelling....See Morepeggysue67
