We have had a wet underfloor heating system put into our new extension, on top if which we have a polished concrete floor. We are having issues with our very unprofessional builder who installed the system. He has incorrectly fitted the manifold and Citizens Advice have said that we need to allow him to come back in and rectify this. Our issue with this is that looking at the photographs we have of the build, we are almost certain that the pipes were laid on top of a plastic sheet but then another plastic sheet was laid on top of the pipes before the concrete was put down. Will this cause an issue if the ufh is turned on? Will it work? Will it cause condensation? Any help will be very gratefully received. Thank you.
