Comments (8)Hi Ledie, I guess it depends on where you get your cabinets etc from, and how much you're willing to DIY on the installation and plumbing, but you could try to use the Ikea kitchen planner to have a rough idea of the overall cost. Comments (4)Jeepers, that is in quite a state. Have you had a full survey done to find out what structural issues there might be? Certainly looks damp etc. If it is sound structurally, you could figure out a cost per room, but it looks like you’d be stripping it back to the rafters and even replacing all the floorboards of every room. 3 years agoI can tell you what my kitchen cost 10 years ago, and it’s only half the size of your example. It was from Wrens and the units, oak worktops, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and freestanding fridge cost £6000. Then the electrics (including fuse box), installation of kitchen, new window, plastering, tiling and flooring came to another £7000. We were hoping £10,000 would cover everything, but it didn’t. This is one corner of my diddy kitchen.
