Your kitchen is beautiful! I am just in the middle of having a Devol versus Wren dilemma and it's the dark blue and white combination look that I love. Please could I ask which of the Wren kitchens this is and what is the paint colour?

Hi Layla. I think I'd prefer a chrome American FF to black given its size. Have you also considered a cream one? I think it's fine to mix some metals, the pic Carolina posted by DeVol looks great. What finish is your oven? I also like Jonathan's idea of changing the tap as I think brass taps can look stunning :) The pics of your cabinets look very different in the light though. I think brass would look nice against last pic but may be a little lost against the first pic. Bronze or pewter could be another option. Why not just order one brass one to see what you think? Perhaps a cheap eBay/amazon one though rather than armac Martin!

Oh no :-/ .... it will be so worth it once you have got it through the window though, it is gorgeous! I'll take a look at the website now - thanks..... if it's any consolation I once bought a sofa that just would not fit into the house. We got it in in the end but it involved getting a very talented upholsterer to take a saw (I felt sick) to my brand new sofa and then re-build it as good as new in the room...phew :-)

I’m also not keen on copper - the trend has already aged. I’d go for something timeless like an aged brass - i”d also take inspiration from quality kitchen companies like Devol just to see what looks good! There’s loads of good places online to buy ironmongery - one has been mentioned above, but also check out Willow and Stone and also Jim Lawrence (both easy to google!).
