GU10 Lamp frames/mounts with a shroud?

I'm looking around the web searching manufacturer sites for GU10 mounting frames or mounts that are suitable as ceiling fixtures. I specifically hope to find a product that offers both a tiltable lamp and also a shroud to reduce glare for people who are positioned or sat down with assorted badly placed fixtures shining directly in to their faces, a shroud to mask the light from certain directions would help enormously. Any suggestions please about suitable product ranges?
