Hanging a heavy mirror on masonry wall

Hi. I'm trying to hang a heavy mirror (15.5kg) in our dining room on a solid masonry wall. The mirror has two key hole hangers on the back, so I was thinking some heavy duty rawl plugs and screws but I'm not sure if there are maximum weight limits for these. Does anyone have any recommendations? We have a hammer drill with masonry bits and have marked out where the holes need to be. I just want to make sure the hardware will hold really!
