bathroom layout help

Hi all. I have a bathroom 4.5 x2.5 mtrs approx.
Layout is all over the place and I am looking for some great ideas. I like the idea of partition walls etc to hide the toilet, shower.
Looking to keep a bath. Toilet can be moved along the wall but may need to be piped under the floor if moved elsewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to do some investigating.
Where does the soil pipe go, is there a nearby drain? In other words if the wc were to move out of your direct sight line from the door what are the possible places it could go?

Hi John, If you’re happy to have a small bath, you can get 1400 long baths which will definitely free up some floor space. You can have quite a lot of countertop space this way. Door can either open out to the hall or swing to the right as you walk in. It is pretty tiny for bath though but as it’s a family bathroom, I presume you don’t want to lose the bath and go for a large shower? The other option would fit a 1600 bath/shower but smaller space for countertop/ storage. I know some don’t like having a shower by a window so I’ve put it on the opposite side. If possible, you want to avoid walking right into the bath as it’s the deepest item in the room. Go for wall hung vanity so more floor is visible which can give the appearance of more space. I would probably also put a large mirror above the vanity, again which will make the room feel wider.

@keiblem I'm starting to think so too! @LTS yes it is @McKiernan Architects Ltd. Thank you! I believe there is a small basin in the room with the toilet (the image was taken from the estate agents website so they must have have drawn it in). But agreed with @Carolina we would need another sink in the bathroom, as you say we should be able to fit a small one! @minnie10 yes similar idea to above, I will try this out on paper, seems like the best option. My bathroom is slightly smaller, with a depth of about 170cm, and a width of 180/220. At the beginning it was the usual bathroom with a bath, basin, and WC, but we traded the bath for a shower, and we stole some space from the adjacent room to make space for a bidet (we're the stereotypical Italians ;)) it feels much more spacious than its size... So presumably that wall on the picture is under the boiler which means the wc could move to the opposite side of the bathroom

No sorry. The boiler is on the left side of the room and the toilet on the right. The photo is taken on the lower floor looking up. The window below is a small toilet.
