Where would you post ideas for a Games Room?

I can't seem to find a suitable category for Games Room, eg billiards tables etc. Any ideas please? thanks.

Hi weezer16. I've had the same problem several times. If I were you I would keep to a fairly simple shape like a drum e.g http://www.pagazzi.com/shop-for-lighting/ceiling-lights/davis-extra-large-pendant-silver.html I can't tell from your photos whether a warmer colour would go better but the shape won't detract from the wall paper on the chimney Brest and ties in with the fairly simple mantle but a larger size will stop it blending into the background. Then you can add a bit more interest with your cabinet lighting etc.

I was going to comment but Amber done it all for me (Amber rearrange my tiny room plz.) This room has so much scope and basically just needs key pieces already there to be placed better. I agree with curtains longer poles let them FREE no tie backs get closer with your seating for conversation areas plz lose little rug in front of harth. Group some of your ornaments so not so granny looking. A few plants and flowers to give the room life. Take care hanging pictures on walls they need to be hung straight with thought to viewing height if too small as some are group them for more impact. Get a large picture or mirror over fireplace they are not expensive one that reflects what you love. Keep all the vintage toys especially old horse he's great adds charm and old car lovely. I would repaint but wait till furniture rearranged then sit back in there with light flooding in from your beautiful windows and see what colours the natural light loves then decide. Hi. I’m no good at doing plans on computer I’m afraid ( I possibly could but it would take me hours) but I did do a little sketch with what I think could work. Just note that it’s not to scale and I’m not a pro, just a hobby of mine. So I’m thinking shed in top right corner then in between greenhouse and shed you could lay paving and have an area for an outdoor fireplace or bbq area. Just think it would be nice to have that area as more of a working yard, somewhere you can potter about (potting bench perhaps). Then I put a corner summerhouse in the left hand corner with path leading from it to the new patio area. The bench and slabs in the middle I would perhaps remove to open the lawn space but you could keep the trees depending on what variety they are, trees can grow very big. Otherwise I think you’ve done a great job so far:). It’s a nice size garden so plenty of possibilities. Here’s my rough sketch and some ideas for outdoor fireplace:
