1930's Brick Mansion
Scope of work: Full renovation of existing home and new addition.
The mansion was built in the 1930's by a local grocery magnate. Limited mechanical improvements were completed in the 1960's and 1970's. We are completely renovating every inch of this magnificent brick home. Phase one includes improvements to the original home which will be completed by next spring. Phase two is the addition of new garages and master suite which will be completed later next year. We will post progress photos throughout this exciting project. Wait until you see how the existing bathrooms have been completely remodeled with intricate tile work in each one of them!
As you will see, renderings have become very important and extremally helpful to all our projects. We go through many different ideas and changes.
