My clients' had lived in this Pinner house for many years and had fallen out of love with it. Rather than move and have expenses incurred such as removal fees, legal fees and stamp duty, I provided a plan to refurbish this tired 1960's house to provide a modern, clean and crisp luxury living space which my clients' absolutely love!
