My clients downsized to a 4 bed detached house which was a little outdated. My brief was to totally refurbish the property, adding a loft conversion and side extension. My clients wanted a fully electric house and so solar panels and battery storage was included.

Wanting a completely open plan ground floor area with clear sight lines from the front door to the garden presented fire regulations challenges but with clever planning these were overcome.

The end result is a modern bright living and entertaining house with beautiful bedroom, bathroom and office space and the most amazing sliding and bi fold doors and windows finished in striking gloss black.
